How to Enter. To enter, visit the www.CarMD.com website. Click on the Free Gas giveaway and complete the online registration form. It is important to complete the entire form. Name and address is for winner notification purposes only. Opt-in email requests may be used at a later date to request participation in an online survey or notify participant of news, tips and other applicable information.

There is no purchase necessary to enter the contest or to win, nor will the opt-in check marked boxes help your chance to win.

Multiple entries will not be accepted. Only one entry per email address. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of Entry.

Eligibility. To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older, be a legal resident of the United States and be able to provide proof of legal residency. Employees and their immediate families of CarMD.com Corp., its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, the sponsors and prize donors (collectively, "Sponsors and Administrators") are not eligible. By entering this Contest, You agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest and/or use or possession of the Prizes.

Selecting a Winner. The Judges will select one Grand Prize Winner (the "Winner") by random monthly drawing. The decisions of the judges are final.

Winners Notification. The Winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or U.S. Post Office mail that their Entry has been selected. The monthly Winner's Entry may appear at www.CarMD.com. If we are unable to reach the Winner within fourteen (14) days, the winner may forfeit the applicable prize and an alternate Winner may be selected.

About the Prizes. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a free $100 gas card. CarMD.com Corp. reserves the right to change or replace the prizes at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All prizes will be awarded. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Contest is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete Entries will be disqualified. Judges and Administrators are not responsible for any lost, misdirected, stolen or undelivered Entries. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer Entries. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this Contest, CarMD.com Corp. reserves the right to cancel the Contest, and select winner for prizes from all eligible Entries received prior to the cancellation. Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for typographical errors in the Contest site or these rules. All entries become property of the Sponsors and Administrators. This Contest shall be governed by California law, and participants in the Contest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) for any claims or controversies arising out of the Contest. Each Participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue as set forth immediately above. Contest ends December 31, 2006.

CarMD.com Corp. reserves the right to share contestant information with Administrators and consulting agencies, except as otherwise set forth above. All online participation in this Contest is governed by the Terms of Use for the www.CarMD.com website.
