Q: What countries does CarMD.com ship to?
A: Products are currently available to ship to USA’s 50 States, US Territories and Canada. The CarMD® Vehicle Health System™ was designed to work with vehicles that are manufactured for exclusive distribution within the U.S. and Canada (this includes imported and domestic vehicles). These vehicles are required by United States law to be OBD 2 compliant – the CarMD tool will not work without this government mandated technology. Vehicles distributed outside of the US and Canada may not comply with this requirement. In addition, CarMD’s fix (parts & labor rates) information is gathered from working ASE Certified Technicians in the United States and Canada only. For this reason we are not able to sell/ship the CarMD unit to other International countries at this time. Please note that orders to Canada must be placed from our Canada website - click here.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer in the US?
A: We currently offer FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Home, and FedEx 2nd Day as requested on your order. Please note that FedEx SmartPost shipments originate with FedEx but are delivered by the United States Postal Service.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer in Canada?
A: We currently offer Canada Post Expedited (Standard) and Canada Xpresspost (Express) as requested on your order.
Q: What are your shipping charges in the United States?
A: The list below provides shipping charges and delivery times for the first CarMD unit ordered. Additional items ordered are calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed. Usually orders received by 7 a.m. Pacific Time will be shipped same business day (except weekends and holidays). Please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Also allow extra time during peak holiday seasons. CarMD.com reserves the right to request additional identification to process your shipment. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
NOTE: Shipments to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii may incur additional shipping & handling charges. FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Home delivery is not available to US Territories and P.O. Box shipments. We currently cannot ship to APO addresses.

CarMD.com offers this delivery method at a rate of $14.95 for the first item ordered. You can expect delivery of your CarMD unit within 7 to 10 business days of your order. WINTER HOLIDAY SEASON DELAYS: Due to high demand for our product during the winter holidays, you may experience longer delivery schedules.

CarMD.com offers this delivery at a rate of $19.95 for the first item ordered. You can expect delivery of your CarMD unit within 2 to 3 business days of your order.
► FedEx 2nd DAY DELIVERY
CarMD.com offers this delivery at a rate of $24.90 for the first item ordered. You can expect delivery of your CarMD unit within 2 to 3 business days of your order.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We work to ship your order quickly. Please see above for estimated delivery times. An email confirmation will be sent with your package tracking information once payment is confirmed and order is picked up by our carrier.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: It is very important that you provide us a valid and current email address when placing your order. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will send you an email with your package tracking information. Please make sure to also check your email filters and spam folders. You can also track your order by calling us toll-free at 1.888.692.2763 Monday-Saturday 6am-6pm Pacific Time.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please call us toll free at 1.888.692.2763. Our customer care agents are available Monday-Saturday 6am-6pm Pacific Time. Please be aware that we cannot cancel orders already in process.
Q: What if the item is not available?
A: We do our best to keep CarMD in stock, however sometimes demand for it depletes inventory. You can check item availability online at www.CarMD.com or by calling 1.888.MyCarMD (888-692-2763).
Q: If I am ordering in the US, will I be charged for Sales Tax?
A: All California residents who purchase from CarMD.com are subject to a 7.75% state sales tax, or wherever sales tax is applicable.
Q: If I am ordering in Canada, will I be charged GST?
A: All Canadians who purchase from MyCarMD.ca (CarMD Canada) are subject to a 5% GST in the following Provinces: PE, QC, MB, SK, AB, YT, NT, and NU.
Q: What type of payments does CarMD accept?
A: CarMD.com Corp. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payments. Sorry, but we do not accept money orders, C.O.D. or personal checks. Credit cards will be charged immediately upon processing of the order.
Q: I'm buying it as a gift; can I ship my order to someone else?
A: Yes, simply provide us a "Ship To" address during checkout.
